WHAT IS PRE-TAGGING

Here at Prairie Woods we’re a small farm and we sell out fast. (In two days last year.) We offer pre-tagging for customers to reserve their tree before the rush of the season kicks in. Customers will browse what trees are available, pick their desired tree, pay for the tree and come back at a later date to pick it up.

WHEN ARRIVING

Look for the start here sign on the greenhouse. Inside you’ll be instructed how to pre tag and pick up your red ribbons to mark your tree. Please only one group at a time. Once receiving your instructions and ribbons, you’ll roam the trees to find one you like.

Once you’ve found the perfect tree and after you make sure it’s not already been tagged, you can tear off the bottom half of the tag. Next head to the back of the big red barn.

Once at the big red barn, wait in line, and you’ll pay inside.

That’s it! You’ll receive your receipt either by email or text. Be sure to keep this info for when you return to pick up your tree later.
